Almond Mylk Tonic
Ingredients:
1 cup natural almond mylk
2 dates (You can also purchase almond mylk already sweetened with dates to save adding your own)
1tbsp ground turmeric
1tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp ground ginger
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method:

In a blender, add the dates & almond mylk. Blitz until the dates are no longer noticable.

Add the remaining ingredients & blitz again on low speed or whisk in with a fork.

Have in a shot glass daily or warm on low heat in a saucepan for a nice winters drink.

Ginger:
Has anti-inflammatory properties. A great cold & flu combatting tool & can increase digestion & stimulate circulation.
Cinnamon:
Loaded with polyphenols (powerful antioxidants), a great metabolism booster, has anti-inflammatory properties and can help with fungal & bacterial infections. Cinnamon can also help curb sugarf cravings & can assist to balance blood sugar levels.
Dates:
