'Nutella' Bites
Ingredients
2 cups roasted hazelnuts (if not bought roasted, roast raw hazelnuts in the oven for 15-20mins. If skins are still on, rub between hands or paper towel to remove)
1.5 cups fresh organic or medjool dates
5-6tbsp raw organic cacao (depending on how chocolatey you like them)
2tbsp chia seeds
1sp-1tbsp water
Method

Place hazelnuts into blender and blend until smooth. Add dates & blend again until evenly mixed

Add chia seeds & cacao and blend again.

Start with 1tsp of water and depending on how stick your mixture is, you may need to add more water.

The mixture should stick together when you grab a small amount and roll it in your palms

If you want mini 'nutella' balls- measure out 15g each ball, If you want a snack sized ball, measure out around 30-40g.
Keep refrigerated, as this will keep them lasting the longest! You can also freeze them- they will become harder, a little more chewy & delicious as a sweet treat or a chocolatey dessert!
