Cucumber, Tahini Crackers
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, sliced horizontally (carrot slices also work nicely!)
Unhulled tahini
Shredded/flaked/dessicated coconut
White mulberries (can sub for other fruit e.g. chopped fresh dates, goji berries, inca berries, sliced apple)
Method:

Super simple!! Place the sliced cucumber on a plate, spread tahini on each slice.

Sprinkle coconut ontop & place your white mulberry ontop!
Enjoy for morning tea, afternoon tea or even dessert!
