Everyday Green Smoothie
This winner combo is a perfect healthy, cleansing way to start your day!
Ingredients
1/2 green apple
2-4 stalks curly kale, washed & de-veined (depending on how big the stalks are, will depend on how many you include. Include 2 if large stalks)
1 celery stalk
1/2 cucumber
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1tbsp chia seeds
1tsp flaxseeds
1 cup water (can substitute for almond/other nut milk)
2tsp cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger
1 pinch cayenne pepper (can omit)
1 scoop organic protein powder (See below for my protein powder preferences)
Tip: Chop and change your fruit selection e.g. instead of adding apple, add blueberries, strawberries, papaya, kiwi fruit etc
Method

Chuck everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Pour into a bowl and top with some tasty goodness!
*This bowl is topped with organic Bee Pollen, 1 kiwi fruit & 1/2 passionfruit pulp.
