A date, almond & activated buckwheat base. A chocolate layer, a raspberry chia jam layer & a vanilla/coconut layer. Topped with dollops of chia jam & a sweet nut, activated buckwheat, cacao nib crunch.

Ombre Berry Cheesecake

An almond, date & activated buckwheat base. A raw berry filling fading into a maqui berry top layer. Finished with roasted 'nutella' mini bliss balls, dusted with passionfruit powder.

Choc-Top Strawberry Cheesecake

Caramel, Apple Crumble Cheesecake

A date & almond base with a ginger, cinnamon & nutmeg spiced pumpkin filling. Topped with a lightly candied pecan crumble, natural shredded coconut, whole lightly candied pecans & spiced pumpkin bites.

Raw Carrot Cake

Two layers of cinnamon & nutmeg spiced raw carrot cake, featuring walnuts & shredded coconut. Seperated & topped with a vanilla, maple coconut cream with a simple cinnamon, walnut topping.
